Service Level Management

NetGather allows you to leverage the enormous amounts of data generated by your AppManager applications to measure service levels for the services you deliver and to the customers you deliver the services to. We allow you to create Service Level Agreements (SLA's) on various kinds of data collected by your AppManager applications including:

NetGather continuously monitors that data collected by AppManager and calibrates them against the SLA's that have been defined. Notifications are sent out as soon as it is determined that an SLA has been breached.
