ProdexNet
extends NetGather by releasing optional SLA module
ProdexNet, headquartered
in the Silicon Valley, today announced the release of its Service Level
Management module for NetGather 1.5. NetGather is the industry's first
enterprise solution that focuses on providing Business Impact Analysis
of the
IT infrastructure. It leverages existing Management solutions within the
infrastructure to determine how the infrastructure affects various business
processes. NetGather now provides an SLA module as an optional feature
to define, measure and report on Service Level Objectives.
NetGather's SLM module
is a highly scalable module that allows definition of Service Level Objectives
on various parameters within the IT infrastructure that not only include
Uptime and Availability but also Events, Trending, Helpdesk and Object
status.
NetGather provides alerts based on SLA's and notification of violation.
It allows you to set internal thresholds for warnings of nearing violations
of SLA's so corrective action can promptly be taken before the SLA's are
actually violated.
