Management
NetGather allows you to leverage the enormous
amounts of data generated by your OpenView applications
to measure service levels for the services you deliver
and to the customers you deliver the services to. We
allow you to create Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
on various kinds of data collected by your OpenView

collected by the OpenView applications and caliberates

do data collection. Large amounts of interesting data
can be collected, except it can get overwhelming very
quickly. NetGather makes sense of this data to help

first step in implementing proactive performance management
is to identify existing bottlenecks in the network .This
can be accomplished by means of Top N Reports. Top N

and downtime etc.

OpenView applications also collect interesting
